These cupcakes are made in a cottage food business, which by Texas Cottage Food Law means this food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. Because of Texas Cottage Food Law, either the order for the cupcakes must be made in person or the cupcakes must be handed over in person. You can choose to pick them up at my house; or, for an additional fee, I can deliver them to you in a mutually agreed-upon public area, such as a police station, or to your location.
